Mama Socorro, originally from San Luis, Potosi, Mexico, was an artist in authentic Mexican cooking and the blending of spices. Our Mexican Spinach Dip and Cheese Ball Mix is all natural & gluten free, with no preservatives or MSG. For the dip, combine the mix with 24 oz. sour cream and 12 oz. mayo. Refrigerate for 1 hour for best results.
Other suggestions: add crabmeat, shrimp, toasted pecans, diced artichokes, or anything good you can dream up. Just like Mama used to make!
